Najimi is designed as a private, local AI companion app. We do not sell user data, use advertising trackers, or collect analytics about your conversations.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect or transmit your conversations, prompts, documents, memories, companion settings, imported avatars, voices, backgrounds, or generated content to our servers.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.
• We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or tracking technologies.
• We do not create user accounts for accessing Najimi.

Local Data and On-Device Processing

• Najimi may store chats, memories, settings, imported files, generated content, model configuration, companion configuration, and other app data locally on your device.
• Core AI, avatar, document, voice, and customization features are designed to run locally where supported.
• Data used by local features remains on your device unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise and you choose to use it.
• You can delete local app data through Najimi’s settings, your device’s file management tools, or by deleting the app.

Documents, Avatars, Voices, and Imported Files

• When you choose to import files such as documents, VRM models, backgrounds, voice assets, or other resources, Najimi uses those files only for the features you select.
• Imported files remain under your control and are stored locally on your device unless you remove them.
• Najimi does not upload your imported files to our servers.

Permissions

Najimi may request access to files or photos when you choose to import documents, images, avatars, backgrounds, or other assets.

Najimi may request microphone access if you use voice input, voice chat, or other audio-related features.

Najimi does not request access to your location, contacts, or camera unless a future feature clearly requires it and asks for your permission.

In-App Purchases

If Najimi offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment information.

Children’s Privacy

Najimi is a general-audience app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of the app or on our website.
