Chinny does not collect, store, transmit, share, sell, or otherwise process personal data. All features operate fully offline on your device. No information leaves your device.

• We do not collect personal information, usage analytics, identifiers, location data, or diagnostics.
• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
• We do not create user accounts and we do not use cloud services for processing.

On-Device Processing

• All voice cloning and text-to-speech operations run locally on your device.
• Any audio or text you provide remains on your device under your control.
• You can delete generated files at any time using your device’s file management tools.

Permissions

Chinny does not request device permissions such as Microphone, Camera, Contacts, Location, or Photos. When you choose a file to import, the app uses the system document picker and temporary security-scoped access; files remain on your device.

Children’s Privacy

Chinny is a general-audience app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of the app and on our website.
